We highly recommend Biondo Property Rentals! We rented from this family-owned business for four years, and they were great to work with. They respond quickly to requests and really know how to run a smooth operation. The properties are well-maintained, with regular upkeep of both the interiors and exteriors, including timely snow plowing during the winter which provides a positive rental experience.
The leasing process was super easy, and they walked us through everything step by step. Any issues we had were small—like the time we locked ourselves out—but they had a process for that too, and we regained access quickly. They’re great at communicating, whether by email or phone, whatever works for you.The Biondos are pros who somehow manage to be both efficient and friendly. They listen to feedback and actually care about their tenants. We would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend their services to prospective tenants!

The Biondo’s have been great! We have been tenants here on 700 Market Street for 2 years now. When there was something broken or not working right they were quick to respond to our maintenance requests. They are top of it and great landlords. This apartment has been an amazing home for 2 years now!!

I started renting from here in June of this year and I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. If there was an issue, I would email them or leave a maintenance post, and they would usually respond to me that day. They have really great service and are fast at responding when you need them to. I have nothing bad to say about Lisa and Kevin. It’s a great place to live with decent space and close to all the campuses in lacrosse. Highly recommend living here!

We had some issue with our door when we first moved in and Lisa was speedy quick to respond to our messages. She responded to the maintenance request right away when the door issue still wasn't resolved and in that same day she had the door fixed and issued all four of us new keys. We already feel well taken care of and it is clear they truly care about their tenants. They respond to any issue or question within the same day which was so helpful as we had many questions as first time renters. Their hospitality has made us beyond pleased with our choice to rent from them!

I lived in an apartment through Biondo Properties for nearly two years of my College years, and thoroughly loved my time. Kevin and Lisa are each kind and genuine individuals who care for each tenant they have. Regardless of any issue/help that may be needed, they are quick to respond and assist.

On one occasion, Kevin came to our building to remedy an issue at 12:30 in the morning and even left a voicemail, and email to update on the issue.

Good experience, good units, good people. I'd highly recommend leasing through Biondo Properties.

Management is very efficient when we have a request. Very quick responses to emails and they work their hardest to ensure our issue is fixed as fast as possible! Lisa almost immediately responds and tries to come the same day to see what the issue is and how we can fix it the fastest. Kevin and Lisa are very kind and helpful in every way!
