SCAM!!!
Don't waste your time and money.

Very bad customer service.
Manager is very rude, didn't listen, yelled at me, I don't know how its possible to run a business with such bad customer service.

I call them, made appointment for 3PM. I came 30 min earlier at 2:30pm, and was nobody there, office was closed, weird, then at 2:55 lots of people came and they was acting like a customers all of them paid non refundable application fee $30 and me too. So for me that was first sign of scam.
When i came in i realized that all their workers not professional, under-educated, and rude. they didn't explain me anything about their document requirements . They just said about non refundable application or whatever fee $30. when i brought a documents lady said its not enough documents, they need something else that they didn't mentioned before, i live 130 miles away, i brought the other papers next day, then they said it still not enough. I came again, and then their manager yelled at me, he was very rude and threw all papers because something was wrong on the paper. I never had such a bad customer service in my life, and i was really upset. WILL NEVER COME BACK, AND WILL NOT SUGGEST TO NOBODY.

I personally had a very good experience with them . They all are so very nice and patient. All my questions and concerns where answered. Was able to go see the apartment by myself so I could really look at it comfortably. You give $20 which is refundable when you bring the key back.

I have lived in my home in Paradise Valley Apartments for the last 15 years. Birchfield Property Management Company manage all of the apartments in my building. As I have been here so long, my apartment had neither a Washer, Dryer or the appropriate hook ups in place. It would have been an easy fix to move me to an apartment in the same complex that already had these machines installed. I wrote to them expressing my desire to stay in the same apartment, as, among other things, I had become somewhat attached. Birchfield accommodated my wishes by getting the necessary planning permission, hook up installed, and brand new washer and dryer. This was a group effort and everyone involved was professional and accommodating. I would recommend this company for taking good care of their tenants by going that extra mile. I had call regarding a rental property and the receptionist who answered the phone was so rude. They really need to work on there customer service skills. I really don't know how they stay in business. They have been like this for years.

Prop. Managment Co. Friendly office staff. Decent parking. Just be carful entering and exiting the parking lot. They drive a bit fast and careless on "B" Street.
