I have been with Bissonette for a year. While their apartments are not necessarily the newest or nicest, they are very responsive to questions and maintenance requests. I plan to stay with Bissonette as they have been very easy to work with.

My experience is as a co-signer for my daughter. We only had about 36 hours between receiving the lease and needing to have it signed by all with payment, so I was worried we would need more time, but the remote leasing process was quick and smooth, using DocUsign. Denise was incredibly communicative and responsive to our questions, even texting answers late at night, and expressed willingness to work with us if we needed anything. That gave me comfort that Bissonette Properties would be a responsive property manager/landlord for if/when any maintenance issues might arise.

The tenants they have living in a building on our street are not good stewards of the property or the neighborhood. . The management office is only a block away and yet lacks responsive attitude and allows tenants to dump unwanted belongings on the property without picking up afterward. I would never choose to live in one of their properties.
