Jeff and his team did a great job representing our family in selling an old family estate home and adjacent undeveloped lots. It was a very lengthy and complicated process and Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and patient throughout the many meetings and negotiations with the City and multiple potential developers for the property. I've known Jeff for approximately 20-yrs both personally and professionally. When it came time for us to sell our Pleasanton house, there was no one else we considered to manage this major transaction. Jeff is direct and open with his communication and calm demeanor. Both my wife and I sincerely felt Jeff had our best interests at heart. I was amazed with Jeff's arsenal of contacts we utilized during the selling our our house; from General Contractor for various home repairs, Inspectors viewing and approving the repairs, Staging the home for Open House and introducing us to a fantastic Mortgage Broker-Alex. The end result was having only ONE Open House over a weekend with 9 offers and this was during a slow market!!!
