We have enjoyed our experience working with D.R. Horton. The onsite agent Maren is responsive and helpful. She was warm and engaging throughout the whole process, answered all of our questions, and even helped us with some logistical things after we closed. The building crew is friendly and thorough and warranty claims so far have been addressed in a timely manner. We're looking forward to meeting more neighbors as they fill the neighborhood!

I had such an amazing experience from start to finish with Maren and everyone at Black Horse! I will admit that I was skeptical at first choosing DR Horton based on other online reviews but I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Maren was so accommodating, professional, and helpful and an amazing representative for DR Horton! She helped make what could have been a stressful situation very seamless and I’m very grateful for her guidance and excellent communication throughout! Very happy with this experience and excited for my next chapter in Black Horse!

Black horse is great!! Super good neighborhood and very safe community due to the level of 1st responders living there. Only issue is during the construction issues that arise take a bit to be fixed. We have been waiting since March for the irrigation pump to be fixed to run our sprinklers so we’ve been using city water for the time being.

DR Horton has impressed us to date with everything on the purchase of our new home! Customer service from the sales staff and building overseers has been great. I've also been impressed with the build quality so far. Additionally, the inclusion of a park was a nice touch that I haven't seen with any other spec developments in the area.

Kind, trusting customer service. Treated like a valuable client even when just browsing. Dedicated service means each family waits their turn but it's worth it. They let you roam and digest the properties without the hovering as well. It was a nice mix, just a great onsite experience! Maren at the front office is awesome!!

Black Horse is a beautiful neighborhood, the first of it’s kind in Ellensburg. We are very pleased with this community in our current stage of life. Would highly recommend!
