Our HOA has been with Blackwell Nelson for only three months and they have done more for us than our last management company did in 5 years. They are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Tanya's Nichols has cleaned up our neighborhood and it looks great. She also has past dues to a minimum. They are by far the best management company out there. They have delivered on every promise that they committed to. Very professional.

I’m disabled and have requested their services numerous times & they’ve done great work every time. I lived at one of Blackwell Nelson's properties for over four years. And it was far too long. The staff is not polite, very slow to no response on maintenance issues, you have to send at least six emails in order to get anyone's attention, strangers doing door checks at your car, tenants protesting outside regarding rising cost by Blackwell when the property is in poor conditions. Definitely not a quality place to live.
