Isaiah, Tiffany, and the whole team have been awesome from start to finish. Maintenance answered and came to help in legit less than 5 minutes on a water faucet. Awesome team and very punctual to answer. The unit was super clean when we walked in. Parking has been easy. And the private gates have been working well.

I saw some negative comments before we moved. To keep it real I haven't seen anything or experienced that at all so far that people wrote about. My fiance and I love it, when friends come over they love it also. This is a real note, and pure honesty on the Blossoms.

Guy likes to drive around policing and harassing the complex, saying he’s the manager. Are there multiple managers here at this complex? Complex has broken car glass that’s been in the parking lot since Christmas week. It’s mid January. They claim to have a dog policy but dogs roam freely here and large pits are here that their owners can’t handle. Dogs sit on balconies and patios all day, pee and defecate and then it sits all week.
Also, the company GreyStar took over. DO NOT rent from them. I rented from this company in San Mateo and they will never give you your deposit back. The company was also taken to court endlessly times because of this. Look up GreyStar and Bridgepointe Apartments. You can find the hefty fine they had to paid. They’re horrible with anything related to online businesses, dont answer calls or emails, and lie about everything.

Update: UNIT 8227 has faulty bathroom ceiling fan be careful before you rent its loud and annoying. The pictures attached are form the very same unit.

I had a tour today with Perla Reyes. She was super nice and helpful with showing me 3 different apartments in total. I saw 2 units of the 1bd 1b butter cup and 1 unit of the poppy which is a 2bd 1b. The butter cup is nice for single or a couple! The poppy maybe for a family of 3 and a dog :). I give it a four since I don’t live here but the experience was nice and everything looks well kept. I will return to another tour at a further date. The pictures are from the “buttercup” layout floor plan.

Update: The Bathroom fan in unit 8227 is faulty and super loud.
I asked management to check it out before I moved in. I worked with Garret and he took the Vent off the fan on the ceiling in bathroom and concluded that this bathroom fan was put here by mistake and is too large and is meant for a 3bd unit and not the 1b unit in 8227. I asked if we could replace it and he said maybe I need to talk to supervisor. I was updated today and was told they CANT replace the faulty fan and I would manually need to switch the motor fan on and off from the ceiling every time anyone takes a steamy shower. The light switch turns the fan on to max power and even after opening vent and setting the fan on Low Speed manually, like on the ceiling of the fan in bathroom standing on a chair or something to reach it, once you flip the light switch on it will glitch back up to High Power speed and its ridiculously loud (its not subtle at all can hear the suction vacuum sound from bedroom with door closed and bathroom door closed too). If you work from home or are home a lot it would be annoying trust me. You need to shut it off manually by removing the vent. I have decided not to rent this unit out and I let others know that the fan in this unit is busted and if you rent it out you'd have to manually turn on and off for humidity and I doubt most would want this tedious task to do every time you want to take a hot shower and what if you forget, you will end up causing mold issues in the unit and worse the whole building it self. I was told that by CA law these fans need to be on for mold and humidity, so I asked if by law then you need the right proper fan with the correct motor for this unit by law, since the motor fan in unit 8227 now is meant for a larger space and not a smaller space. I was told again Id have to manually turn on and off. After that I conceded and decided to cancel the application and I will get my $200 App fee refunded in 5 business days (Thanks Perla, Thanks for trying with your bosses to fix the fan). She offered other units but they are above my pay threshold my max was $2300 and other units same exact unit are going for $2500 and up and sadly, I just cant afford it with my expenses and salary at the moment. So anyone reading, be wary of the bathroom fan in unit 8227 super loud and annoying. I want my moneys worth and this wasn't it. Thanks Perla for your time and help, you are awesome. I hope future tenants don't have to this issue later on with this unit.

Very Happy to report I have had a wonderful experience at The Blossoms! From the very beginning working with Pricilla has been awesome. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful. She made our move in experience go very smooth.
Our new apartment was very clean and perfect for our move-in day. We had one small issue with a shower head, I submitted a job request and within a couple of hours the maintenance gentleman came in and took care of it.
So far we have been here 2 weeks and the community is constantly being cleaned by the grounds maintenance group.
We feel safe walking our dogs at any time. We looked at MANY different places and I am very happy we decided on The Blossoms!

Moved in back in July, our leasing agent Perla was amazing and made the process so easy and we signed the same day we toured. She answered any and all of our questions no matter how small.
