Slumlords! Heartless! Spineless! SLUMLORDS! KARMA HAS A FUNNY WAY OF CATCHING UP WITH PEOPLE!!! BULLYING DISABLED AND CHRONICALLY ILL TENANTS WHEN CLEARLY IN THE WRONG FOR THEIR COCROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS. FIRST STAIRS RAILING NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY, FOUNDATION TO PORCH CRUMBLING APART AND HAD TO BE REPAIRED, THEN GOING OFF SOMEONE ELSES LEASE AGREEMENT & GIVING A 3 DAY NOTICE STATING HE OWED $600+ IN LATE FEES AND IN FACT THEY OWED HIM $600+ AND HAD TO CREDIT HIS ACCOUNT AND THEY STRESSED HIM OUT SO BAD CAUSING HIM TO BLACK OUT HITTING HIS HEAD AND THE ONSITE MANAGER HAD TO CALL THE ABULANCE FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION. THEN WINDOW AND ROOF LEAKING INTO HIS APARTMENT CAUSING BLACK MOLD. THEY BROUGHT IN A MOLD SPECIALIST THEN REFUSED TO RELEASE THE REPORT TO US STATING THEY DIDNT WANT TO ALARM OTHER TENANTS BUT WAS OK WITH MY CHRONICALLY ILL FIANCE BREATHING THAT IN DAILY. SO WE HAD OUR OWN MOLD SPECIALIST COME IN AND IT WAS POSITIVE FOR BLACK MOLD AND THEY HAD TO REIMBURSE US FOR OUR TEST AND TOOK 2 MONTHS TO FIX PROPERLY HOUSINH HIM IN A HOTEL. TO NOW COCROACH INFESTATION THAT HAS CAUSED MULTIPLE INFECTIONS PLACING MY FIANCE IN THE HOSPITAL AND CAUSING HIM TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY. SO THEIR REMEDY TO THEIR HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ISSUES AT VENTURA GARDEN APARTMENTS... LETS LAWYER UP AND BULLY A CHRONICALLY ILL VETERN WITH KIDNEY CANCER.... YET YOU DONT WANT TO BE KNOWN AS SLUMLORDS MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE DANIELLE SHERIDAN? YOU ARE THE VERY DEFINITION OF SLUMLORDS! BRANDON SCOTT IS A HEARTLESS, SPINELESS WASTE OF SPACE!
