We bought or Blue Fern home back in 2023 and we are still loving it. We have added a dog and a baby to our house hold and our townhome still looks brand new. The quality has held up even with our to "bruisers" stomping around. One of my favorite features of our town home is all the natural light. Our plants are still thriving and we never get that Seattle winter blues. Thank you Blue Fern for giving us a beautiful space to grow our family!

DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEM. If I could give Zero I would. Bought a brand new townhome from this company in 2016 in Seattle Washington for over half a million; within three months had roof leaks and a host of other problems including holes drilled in drainage pipes which leaked out through the light sockets. These issues were resolved 2020 when we finally received compensation and could hire a company to correct the many mistakes made by Blue Fern and Teak Construction.
The list of mistakes: TPC incorrectly installed, coping incorrectly installed, drainage slopes not done in accordance with the architectural design, gutter spouts draining onto lower decks, holes drilled into roof drainage which let water in throughout the house, siding installed incorrectly, internal caulking used on external parts of the building.
Oh and when these mistakes caused Black Mold, the owner of the company was vacationing in Greece.

The buying process was OK, they fixed about 80% of what we found on the walkthroughs. The problem was during the first year warranty. They took a long time to fix anything and didn’t honor couple things that we opened tickets for before the warranty expired. Now, they don’t even care to respond. I’d definitely ask friends about a builder that gives excellent first year service and go with them instead.

We bought a brand new townhouse with this builder and we love it! It is built with high quality, ample space, bright and nice decoration. The building team is really professional. During the builder walkthrough, the builder team was very patient and took care of every small detail. Despite some hiccups in closing due to the special time, everything else went really well. I am already spamming my friends to be my neighbor!
