Mike W. Was super super nice and I appreciate that he seems super caring to fixing up our apartment. It’s been a long time with renting even when I lived with my mom to see renters care about fixing up places. He was awesome & I appreciate him communicating with me about what’s all wrong and telling me what they’re going to do to fix it up.

I had issues with my bathroom sink, Mike W. Was my worker, he fixed the issue and took his time to make sure it was done properly. He always does his best any time I have had issues at my property. He will go above and beyond and make sure he can do whatever to make sure I am happy with the work that needs to be done.

I absolutely dislike that no one answers the phone nor returns phone calls. Been staying here for 3 months and discovered a water leak a few weeks after moving in. They sent maintenance out to fix it. I thought they did. Received our first water bill which was almost $700. The city wanted to k iw why the bill was higher than its ever been at this property. Just found out today the same water leak (outside of the house) is leaking again. I’ve been calling Jeanette and Vicky for weeks now and they seem to never be at work because they never returned my calls. Never knew this place was infested with mice and instead of fixing the actual problem (holes in the garage, in the foundation, etc.) they just keep setting traps. Our cabinet doors have been falling off and they fixed it with gorilla glue 😮‍💨. Blue frog property management is a waste of your peace, money, time, ughhhhhh. I hate we moved here. They’ll put bandaids on everything especially when you’re paying almost 2k in rent alone! We should’ve just stayed where we were at. I can’t wait for this lease to be up! Never would I recommend this company to anyone. If I could give them negative stars I would. They don’t fully check your home for issues especially major ones before you move in. So be aware!!! If you want to get robbed every month and never get any answers feel free to do business with them. I’m about to report them to the BBB. Folks work hard for their money. We’ve only been here for 3 months and I absolutely HATE IT!!!!!! Worse decision we ever made was to do business with them. Why do we have to keep paying for the maintenance men to not do their job correctly? I’ll keep posting reviews every week until someone decides to return my calls and correct these issues professionally!

Mike W. was exceptional, professional, and very knowledgeable. Mike answered all of my questions in a polite and professional manner and went above and beyond helping me with issues I've had around the apartment. If I could I'd like to request he inspect my home every year 😉

I had an issue with my kitchen sink, the pipe was leaking water. Mike W. was the worker who fixed the problem, overall he was really friendly and got the job done quick. He also explained everything and kept a conversation going with me. He was great and made me feel like he wasn't just some stranger in my apartment. 5/5 I would recommend him for all my plumbing problems.

My rating is for maintenance. Today we hung out with Mike W. He’s always honest, consistent, punctual, detailed, understanding- truly listens and cares about the family living in the home. He lets you know what he’s doing and why, even takes the time to answer any and all crazy questions I have a long the way.

Blue frog is all about getting a fee JUST TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION.

They are ALL about keeping that fee.

I would highly recommend NOT doing business with these people!
