Blue Oak Properties Management is probably the best property management in Chico. The staff are all super friendly and actually care. I had put in a maintenance request for the toilet leaking. Pete the maintenance guys showed up on time and was very professional. He always communicate the work he’s about to do and what the next steps are. Kudos to Pete.

Pete from Blue Oak Property Management, maintenance department, came by and did a great job checking out the maintenance issue. He did all that was possible at the moment to do. He was very polite and professional. Thank you for your quick response to my maintenance issues.

We had a broken fan (it wouldn't turn off!) and our dude Pete was awesome, he diagnosed the issue, and fixed it all within like an hour! He also turned it to winter mode which was super cool. Highly recommend.
