Any stars more than 2 they are getting paid to make a review. Who is Dixie Wheeler? Rented a home and never once dealt or seen Dixie. It’s always shiesty Lynn. Use caution renting from them, they don’t care if property needs repairs! They don’t care about you! But look at Lynn driving his brand new Hummer, probably the money for repairs on homes he used. Just take caution with this company. The office people seem to be pretty normal. Everything has to go through Lynn and that’s when it gets shady.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Please, I beg of your read the reviews for this place. The staff is disgustingly rude and on serval occasion's made comments about my race and finances. The staff talked about me and the other applicants personal information from across the room with no discretion. She then proceeded to accuse us of stealing the keys and soon realized they were on the table. I have never been more insulted. On top of the sorry excuse for staff, the listing looked NOTHING like the pictures. We had one of the applicants in our group apply along with $40 in cash the previous day and they said they had no record of the payment only the application, unpaid. Please do not trust these scammers.

The owner Lynn is very kind. My family and I were considering a move to the mountains from out of state. So I went up there on holiday with my family and 4 month old baby. I was working with Beth who was so efficient and pleasant over the phone. When I walked into the office there was no Beth up front. In fact she was hidden in the back. I never did get to see Beth because the woman in front took over without so much as a word regarding who I'd spoken with. This woman was possibly the rudest person I've ever met! I wasn't there five minutes and she assumed my infant was left alone in the car!! That made me so mad. So then I had explained my mother is a California real estate agent and had put a package together from the CA association of realtors, and she refused to accept it and was forcing me to fill out new forms! All I have to say is where did you find that lady because she should not be the face of your Office! Appalling. Be wary, if you're looking for places because this woman wants to make it especially hard on young mothers. Oh speaking of mothers, in an email to my mother, she was also not very kind. I would suggest anyone looking for a property in big bear should use the mountain place or just rent by owner. I appreciate Lynn's kindness and sorry things didn't work out. And some people may not qualify to rent somewhere but treating everyone equally and with kindness can go a long way.

I have been renting with them for almost 9 or 10 years have to look in my rental file to be sure. But I can honestly tell you I love them all.... Chris beth chad Dixie lynn and the new guy to boot. He is new so name evades me... they are a part of my family along with my home owner... best team in the world

This is probably the worst service you will ever receive. We tried to rent a house through them, but were turned away because we are debt free. (We needed a co-signer). So we tried to go through all the hoops to get a co-signer only to be told by Erica (after a day of trying to contact her) that they had two "strong" applicants and that we basically had no chance. Their advice to us was to build credit or get off the mountain. Don't ever waste your time with these crooks. They are dishonest and rude and will never ever get my business.

I talked to someone there who basically didn't want to be bothered. He didn't want to get to know me as a potential customer. He just wanted me to go to their website and not be bothered. This is the impression I was left with. True custom service treats each person with value !!!
