As a property owner, Blue Summit has been a life saver. We are a military family out of state, and Blue Summit has always taken good care of us. We are going on three years with Blue Summit, and are always continually grateful, especially for Kristina and her hard work!

We lived in one of Blue Summit's rental homes for 3.5 years. They were easy to work with and pretty prompt in dealing with maintenance issues. We even recommended them to friends. UNTIL we gave our notice to vacate.

We received conflicting information on what our responsibility was regarding cleaning, painting etc. both on the phone and in the emails they sent regarding move out. We cleaned everything really well with the exception of moving appliances as they told us they always charge $500 for a deep cleaner for such things. In the end they kept our $1800 deposit and sent us a bill for another $600! This was for things such as mismatched lightbulbs ($12 each) and not spackling nail holes ($300) which they specifically asked us not to do. The list went on and on- most of it ridiculous and NONE of it damage we had done.

I disputed it and finally ended up getting about a third of our deposit back. I definitely no longer recommend them to friends and would suggest you get something in writing about move out procedures and your deposit BEFORE signing a lease if you do choose to work with them.

Blue Summit has handled my rental property for the last 2 years and I had no issues or dramas I had to deal with.

Kristina as my property manager is always reachable day and night, treating my property as she owns it. She always communicates with and explain everything to me and handles multiple fixes with local companies + reasonable prices.

When I decided to sell my property, Brandon arranged everything for me. Personally I was going through lots of work related issues at that time, and Brandon just took care of everything. He always kept me in a loop for what's ups and details. No hidden fees or hassles. The house market is not very hot this time, but Brandon was able to sell my house with the price more than I expected in about 2 weeks.
I truly appreciate their service and highly recommend to anybody looking for the best management company in Lacey/Olympia area.

I had a great time working with Blue Summit. Brandon Johnson was awesome! He stepped in at the last minute and get our home ready to go in no time! His communication was excellent and his coordination was far better than I could have asked for. From the time out home was listed to sold it was 45 days. Love this company. Edit - Unfortunately, after being fantastic with move-in and management while I was living in my rental, my point of contact at Blue Summit completely changed my experience when I presented her with my ETS orders. The move out process was unlike any other company I have worked with - as I was told (after my move out) that I would be responsible for over 3 weeks of electricity bills for the empty home. In addition, I’m now 6 weeks post move out and have yet to receive my deposit back, an unacceptable timeline in my opinion. So, unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Blue Summit to military families.

Original - I've lived in rentals for the last 7 years (military) and Blue Summit is, by far, the best realty/property management company I have ever worked with. Their staff is incredibly responsive and kind. They are excellent at communications and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know who moves to the area.

The entire team at Blue Summit was just stellar. I rented from them when we were newly returned to the area from overseas and I'm so glad that they were the ones managing the property. They were on top of any repairs immediately and always had great communication with me. We cleaned our rental very throughly when we moved out and they returned our entire deposit in a timely manner without any hassle. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure working with them and I will be using them to manage any rentals I have in the future.
