Terrible company. If I could I would give them no stars. They took over Pheasant Run apartments in Voorheesville, NY and then raised your rent or non-renewed your lease. I got that latter for calling code enforcement on the owners for never repairing anything. So i moved out before the end of my lease. Never got my deposit back. They( meaning Mario and Jordan employees of your company) told me that the landlords hold it, and I could contact them. We'll that would be fine but their number is disconnected. I have asked multiple times for contact info and never received an answer. Since you run the company I feel that it is your responsibility to get me my deposit back since you sent me the letter of nonrenewal.

Bluehouse took over at our apt complex recently. I have not been impressed with how well they communicate. They don't return calls and when you finally get to talk with someone they are extremely rude and condescending. I don't believe it's a healthy way to handle business. I was absolutely appalled with a young man named Mason who was unbelievably obnoxiously rude and very condescending. I would not recommend, at this point, renting if Bluehouse is the manager. I will amend this post when and if Bluehouse company does a better job Stay tuned
Bluehouse still does a horrible job communicating with tenants. I have spoken to them numerous times about sending me email notifications when they need to enter my apt. I DO NOT use email to communicate on a daily basis. I use it to send and receive documents. Email is the least personal way to communicate and is not effective when building relationships. I have asked to be notified by phone or by text when someone is to enter my apt with a full 24 hour notice, which is required by law. Still can only give a 1 until communication gets better. Horrible company!! Bluehouse continues to amaze me with how inept they are. Communication failure again. Supposedly a technician was scheduled to do some work in my apt, but the notification went out in an email that i didn't receive. this is after i was told i would get a text or phone call in the future. However even with less than 24 hours notice i was able to make sure i was home for them. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! second time ive been told someone is coming and nobody shows up. It's a complete waste of my time to continue in this manner. It costs me money to sit around and wait. How about a phone call just to say sorry we won't be there as scheduled because we at bluehouse haven't gotten our affairs in order. Bluehouse needs to get their affairs in order and treat their residents with respect. I have zero respect or trust in bluehouse companies. Recently had a maintenance request that, according to the website, had been finished except that NOBODY CAME TO DO IT. Trust and respect are earned, not privileged.

I usually do not write negative reviews as I know they tend to drag down the ratings, but the only positives I can list are that the location is convenient and the apartment themselves are nice. Any maintenance requests are handled timely, however anything administrative is a nightmare including having general questions answered. It's almost impossible to have questions answered in a timely manner without reaching out multiple times whether it's by phone, email, or text. I wouldn't recommend renting from them unless you have absolutely no choice. The other review saying they are condescending towards the people they rent to is absolutely right.

Incredible how BH’s response is to attack me and ignore the harassment of property manager, Jordan Crimmins. Since you will not address her lack of professionalism I will make sure a TRO is in place so she is aware of her limitations, physical or otherwise.

With Jordan Crimmins at the helm, you will be antagonized, embarrassed, and treated like a piece of trash. She acts like she is above the law, or better yet, she is the law. The ignorance of someone in her position is astounding. Isn't it illegal to hold someone’s federally delivered mail hostage? This is what she did with my mail and cancer medication that crossed over during my move. She is a miserable person and is not qualified to be a property manager.

Living at Blue House property is not worth having to deal with Jordan’s narcissistic and psychotic behavior. There are many other places that are much nicer, with a gym and better management for the same price.

Jordan has threatened to have me jailed, for what, I don’t know? She has accused me not only of lying about my Cancer diagnosis, but of my other health conditions. Jordan has publicly slandered me, shamed me, and created lies to support her accusations. She has violated HIPPA laws by exposing my health issues to the public ridiculing me, and threatening me. She has no control of her emotions. She acts as if we are in some kind of romantic relationship. She called the cops on me and they didn’t show up because they are aware of her emotional instability and nonsense. She tries to shame me and then literally orders me to do this and that. Crazy, she is mentally unstable and incompetent. She is also hostile and aggressive. She has no self ccontrol and honestly should be removed from her position.

This review will come down after they pay me the rest of my winnings that they owe me from the lawsuit I won against them for unfairly keeping my security deposit from me 🙂 I rented from them from 1/6/20 - 1/31/23, don't be afraid to take them to court, great chance you will win!

I have been calling for the last 2 weeks and have got the same "Ill have someone from the office cll you back" I have never received a call back. I submitted multiple inquiries via their website too with no response at all. Just an FYI, DONT LIVE HERE! Just read some of the other reviews and you will see.

I'm not one to typically write reviews but my experience renting from this company was absolutely awful! After signing our lease but prior to moving in we were notified that there were mice in the apartment. There was a leak in an apartment on the first floor and the manager of the apartment approved the plumbing contractor to cut a 1ftx2ft hole in our bathroom wall exposing the piping (mind you we live on the second floor). After days of reaching out to management and requesting the wall to be fixed as it is a health issue with the condition of the wall that was exposed to our living area, they decided to nail up a piece of paneling with no sealing. Prior to moving in there were tiles missing in our bathroom floor that we were told would be repaired before move in. Instead, they told us to just put a rug over it, you can see we did listen to them and add 2 bath mats but it was simply impossible to cover the entire bathroom with rugs (and unsanitary). It took me cutting my foot on the edge of one of the tiles for them to "repair" it. Instead of replacing the tile, they filled in the holes with putty. Since moving in our bathroom sink didn't drain well, after submitting a maintenance request we were charged $100 for them to pull hair out of the drain telling us that it was our fault. After weeks of requesting proof of supposed hair, we were sent a photo of a clump of black hair. I have blonde hair. The fire escape door in the back stairway was broken and wouldn't stay shut so pigeons were living in the back stairway and was covered in pigeon feces. I have proof of management blatantly ignoring our emails, phone calls, and texts despite us paying our rent on time every month that we've lived there. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Pictures of living conditions are attached:

This place is terrible, they don't communicate well at all,and never call back when they say,I think it's cause they're to focused on pre-approval clients and there commission they don't care about others, and the fact that they charge $20 per person even if it's a couple that to me is just a scam,I was told I would need a cosigner which ok, another $20 so now we're at $60 me my fiance and my cosigner, wasn't aware that my cosigner needed to also make 3x the rent,I'm like I'm paying the rent not the cosigner the whole experience was awful, and the place was pheasant run in voorheesville, those apartments are so outdated and they act like your applying to the Waldorf I should've listened to my friend that lives there,it's disgusting outdated and having to deal with this place on top everything,by the way don't deal with Mason Hilkert, after the fact that my cosigner didn't make 3x he had the audacity to say do you wanna try another cosigner, yeah so he can collect another $20... disgusting.
