Almost got a 5, but as I had 2 accidents on property...which should have been addressed as 1 was reported, + the other VERY apparent ( warped tiles in elevator). Other than that, no problem! Can't say that for current take over people. Because a 5150 tenant near me knocked my dog off my rollator, then assaulted me by putting her hands on me + PUSHING me back....yes, I have case # with Police! But current take over people say if any thing between 2 of us again, she's going to give BOTH OF US A 60 DAY NOTICE TO MOVE OUT!!
AND I'M THE VICTIM HERE!!
Other tenant isn't aware of things half the time, and I fear would just "act up"......AND I WILL BE GIVEN NOTICE TO MOVE!! SHE, IN OFFICE SAY " WELL, JUST CUZ BOTH OF YOU WERE INVOLVED"
THIS WILL HAVE ME ON THE STREET. I MISS BOB COTA REALTY DAYS.THIS IS A LIVING NIGHTMARE I'M IN.
