Our experience with Bob Walsmith Jr was extremely poor from start to finish. Firstly Bob advised our market price and once signed with him consistently said we need to
reduce the price. He knew we wouldn’t have signed with him at a lower price having had interest at a lower price as for sale by owner.
Bob has a distinct lack of attention to detail and listed our address wrong when in the newspaper, told us we were receiving an offer only to realise it was another property he was selling plus listing our square footage wrong online.
Unfortunately that was not the last of the nightmare experience with Bob Walsmith Jr, He had agreed to lower his commission on 2 occasions verbally and written and then denied this had happened when we were able to find new realtors to work with. Incompetent and a lack of integrity!
