From exterior colors, finish, detail, landscaping, water features, sitting areas, pools, interior colors, finishes, flooring, window/wall/ceiling treatment, appliances, kitchens, cabinets, lighting, closets, custom kitchens & baths and so much more, pretty much your own imagination is the only limit to how Toll Brothers can craft your home to suit your quality of life objectives. Toll Brothers attention to detail, legendary quality and reputation make a Toll Brothers home as good as the best and more desirable than most. Some of these homes at Borello Ranch are a little closer to each other than what I would consider optimal, but that's a sign of the times as land becomes scarce and developers as well as municipalities create and seek higher density options. From a 40 year housing veteran and 7th generation Silicon Valley native, I see 1,000's of homes yearly and I LOVE this project and Toll Brothers craftsmanship.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Borello Ranch Estates, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with everything the community had to offer. The community's well-thought-out design, beautiful landscaping, and the exceptional knowledge and assistance provided by Laura Halla have left a lasting impression on us. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this development was meticulously planned and executed with great attention to detail.

One of the first things that caught my eye was the modern and well-maintained landscaping. The process of selling homes at this development during the COVID is totally rigged! The sales process is w/o open or known priority list. It's at the sells manager discretion to sell to whom she wants w/o making a public call so each individual from the priority list has an opportunity to buy. In this way the most desirable lots and models are sold as backdoor mechanism, potentially at profit. Before pandemic , it was a release date, people on priority list had an opportunity to go then and pick what lot/model would like. It was a fair an open process, "open book". Now everything is done "over night" when the desirable homes are already in contract. Totally unfair for California. The Toll management allows this "unfair process" and potentially "illegal" process. The CA government should look how Toll sells homes in this development w/o given fair opportunity to everyone to by what they want.
