Oscar from UDR came to my mother’s unit the other day, after she reported seeing roaches in the kitchen. He came by and set traps, set her up with a treatment by orkin, and gave her a bunch of tips on how to prevent these roaches from coming back. He even gave her extra traps! Awesome customer service.

Nasty apartments, awful management, awful tenants. There’s kids playing outside from sun up to sun down constantly kicking balls at the window, yelling, and leaving messes everywhere. The laundromat reeks of pee and things are just constantly breaking. The sprinklers are on with so much pressure the water comes in through the door and windows leaving me with mold and water damage. Management NEVER gets back to me. They’re raising our rent just to live in filth! Roach infestations everywhere. I could hear some kind of animal squealing from the pipes. Worst experience of my life!

Worst 3 years of my life. The place is very disgusting, cockroaches all over the place, kids running around at 6 in the morning, 4 families in ONE apartment! I could NOT sleep at ALL! Anyone who's reading this review do NOT visit these apartments! I am warning YOU!

Worst visits ive had, i came to visit my girlfriend that lives here and she has a roach infestation, she has brought it up to the office multiple times and they dont seem to fix the situation, ive stayed here a couple of times over night and somehow roaches approach to where ever u are, we cant leave food our for more than 3 minutes because all the roaches come out, and end up on your food, my girlfriend has cleaned the place so many times and has put chemicals so they go away and they end up coming back regardless, i have also tried cleaning the infestation but the roaches are all over the apartment complex and not only that the apartment is also over priced for being udr apparently, but there is nothing udr about the place or the apartments in general, please dont bother coming to these apartments, they wont care about you, they just want ur money

Worst of the worst. Too many people live in one apartment. Next door Apartment cause a leak and damage my kitchen. I have to move out and pay a place while they took a whole month to fix the Apartment and yes I still have to pay . They also charge me for cleaning eventough I clean everything and took pictures for proof nope they deduct lots from my deposit for cleaning omg. And how about stray cats everywhere, talk about the trash I paid 2300 for 1 bedroom apartment and my goodness I have to buy a new toilet seat because the one they installed was for little kids . Please if you want to live like a homeless welcome to this most selfish and ugliest apartment in the world

My time living here has been and continues to be a positive experience. My apartment is in fantastic condition and the residents along with the surrounding area have made me feel safe.
I have to recognize how quick the maintenance staff has been in resolving any issues I have had. Victoria has been a huge part in fixing all of these issues so huge shout out to her!

If I can rate Zero I'll do that . They cheat , biggest scam company in the world , overcharging, super dirty, dirty laundrymat , dirty everywhere, they charge me for something that was cause from the top apartment. I will never ever allow myself to live in a place like this ever.

Grounds men Mr.Rosas is awesome , Since Moving in To Bronda Manor this Man has been nothing but helpful and attentive to our community needs !! keeping the grounds clean and safe I very much appreciate his work and feel very comfortable in my living situation BECAUSE of him Thank you so much .
