Our room had some nice features (king room with a fireplace). The room had a nice layout, had a microwave and small fridge in addition to a small coffee maker, and had a small back patio with some seating. There were also some chairs outside the front door. It was a little cold when we went so we didn't spend much time sitting outside. It is really dark at night, so it's good for stargazing. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast they provided was very well presented on a tray ideal for eating in bed. ||Our room also had a sofa and chair, they were not very comfortable. ||A little more storage space in the room would have been nice.||Overall, this wasn't a bad place to stay

Can’t think of a better stay in Borrego Springs when visiting Anza-Borrego Stare Park. This is a wonderfully romantic little, single level hotel with a Southwest adobe architecture. We had a fireplace room, which we highly recommend. The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette and small refrigerator. Our only complaint would be the rather small queen bed and relatively hard mattress. There is a sizable back patio to enjoy the night sky and sip a morning coffee. You can also sit in front of your room to catch the morning or early afternoon sun. A great heated pool and in ground spa as well as a separate fenced-in clothing optional pool and spa near the parking lot. It was great to have breakfast delivered each morning that includes a large croissant with butter and jam as well as orange juice, yogurt, and cup of fruit. You can make coffee in the room or retrieve one from the facility center, which is also a very nice place to hang out. Not that this is a convenient self checking/checkout property. Highly recommended!

A beautiful setting, the house as well as the garden. Love the fireplace., which heated the whole room. There was no need to turn on the other heat source. The bed was comfortable, with good quality sheets and bedding. Large walk in shower.||And finally, breakfast was excellent. A tray with croissants, fruit, jogurt, juice, butter, jam was delivered to the door at exactly the time indicated. Continental hotel breakfast is usually dull and tasteless, but this was quite the opposite. Loved it. I will return to the Borrego Valley Inn.

This was our first stay at Borrego Valley Inn, we were fully impressed with the great service and attention. At check in the associate was very friendly and provided clear information on the services available. The restaurant provided delicious, but simple, meal options and the bar had an amazing array of beer on tap. Easy to get in our out of our bay. We will definitely be back, oh the price = very reasonable.

The king-sized bed is dreamy! Breakfast is dropped at your door and is light and delicious. The property grounds are very well cared for and very zen. The pool and hot tub are so inviting and an awesome place to stargaze! Such a great escape from the City!

Beautiful property in a great location. Room was very comfortable and private. Staff were extremely helpful and polite and breakfast was very tasty. Beautiful decor and landscaping gives a southwestern flavor with very easy access to the surrounding park and town.

Been coming here for a few years now, both summer and winters. Keep in mind it gets 110 in the summer and you'll be hard pressed to get cold water in the summer, but that's the desert for you. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable with different thicknesses of pillows for you to choose from. The pools are wonderful, one is clothing optional. Great place for a couple to get away from the grind any time of year.
