Great property manager, will stay engaged with the investor and will ensure the tenants are paying monthly and are not taking advantage of the landlord/owners.

Have purchased using DJ as my realtor, she stays in constant communication, and assisted in getting all items lined up promptly for a several successful closing.

Highly Recommend DJ and Bosun Properties!

Be wary of the 1 star reviews, they seem to be from tenants that have tried to take advantage and not pay rent.

Dj was super nice to me I rented out one of her duplex and it was nice comfortable and clean I had a leak in my roof but she sent maintenance right away I never had any problems with Dj. Will be renting from her again very soon

Never had an issue. Rented from Dj for approximately 4 years and now we own our home. Pay your bills on time and you will have no issues. I see a lot of people saying they won't fix things. Never ever had an issue with Bosun.

Please save yourself from a headache and do not do business with these people they are thieves. They even tried to tell us we needed to leave even during covid 19 and charged us late fees every single day when we were late and in a state of emergency and put an eviction on our record. The house was a dump and basically a 1 bedroom they rented it to us as a 2 bedroom with two kids and a bed couldn't even fit in the room. We were originally renting a 4 bedroom but we had a roommate move out so we tried to downsize and stay with the same property management and this is what we were stuck with because they tried to tell us they had nothing to rent at the time and we were tired of paying over a 1000 for rent. The apartment was in downtown so we were still getting charged 875 for a roach infested mouse infested basically mother in law sweet to another house. It literally wasnt even a real house it was an addition to another house. The foundation was crooked too so when you walk across the house you feel like you were going to fall over and there were parts that were falling off the house because of it. You can tell the house was not professionally built but probably built by some tweeking methheads.

The reviews ive seen on here are far from the truth, some people just get upset when they get evicted when they cant pay the rent. Shes never said that she was a Navy Seal what she said was she drives them. Shes definitely not a slum lord she just tells u like it is. Shes definitely trust worthy and its not her fault if u dont do ur own research of ur own neighborhood u want to live in.. people these days.. i would recommend her anyday..

unprofessional. sketchy realtor & not trustworthy. Their maintenance crew is also very unprofessional, always late for appointment times and do not do good repairs. Had 3 separate water leaks while living in a apartment for only 6 months that was "totally renovated".

They also make alot of empty promises and Gurentees, so don't believe anything unless you get it in writing.

This lady is a slum lord do not rent from her! Went without AC for months! Holes in the walls, bug infestations. No way to treat a Veteran! She is a liar and will put you in a terrible neighborhood and try and say it's "up and coming" or "quiet" if crack houses and neighbors getting shot is quiet then by all means go for it. If I could give her a negative rating I would. She is a vile person and will steal from you the second she gets a chance

They are just terrible people. Went weeks without repairs made to AC or holes in walls from previous tenants. Huge rodent issue. Also they love telling junkies to steal your water by hooking up a hose to your outdoor faucet when your not home instead of going to Polk County Utilities and getting your own damn water turned on. Way overpriced for the neighborhood unless you genuinely enjoy crackheads trying to steal from your car/ apartment / yard, and people getting shot. They also rent out habitat 4 humanity homes which I thought those were earned throughout "sweat" LOL. they take advantage of anyone on section 8 or HUD. They threaten immigrants if they don't pay EXTRA $ & they are constantly raising the rent like these duplexes are something special. The lady (DJ Delgado) specifically has NO idea what's she's doing and just lies all the time so DO NOT TRUST HER. She literally told us she was a Navy SEAL lmfao. She's pathetic and hopefully karma gives her exactly what she deserves soon.
