In the summer of 2021, Craig, Boss Realty, responded quickly to our request for information on a home we were interest in. He was able to schedule a showing the same day and provided us with helpful directions in making an offer. We were elated to learn that our offer was accepted, especially since selling inventory was scarce. Our closing was local and very easy to complete. We would definitely recommend Boss Realty!

I was hired last minute to clean a house for a guy who lives in a rental that's on the market. We got less than 4 hours notice. They scheduled for 2:00 pm on a Saturday. The gentleman that lives there was on a construction job when he got the notice. While I was there cleaning they sent him a message saying they were on their way. Had no idea where they were coming from so I wrapped it up. The house was spotless except for a plate and some silverware in the sink. What do they expect for last minute. I thought Realtors had to give a 24-hour notice before showing a place. Then they showed up at 2:40!! I could have stayed and finished the dishes! Carolyn Burkhardt called the owner of the property and said it was a mess. I have a very lucrative house cleaning service and would never have left any place in a mess! Fortunately we took pictures after it was cleaned and sent them to the owner. Carolyn, shame on you! Buyer beware!

The agent I contacted from BOSS was absolutely worthless. He continued to promise to get back to me but never did so. I lost valuable time because of his sloth. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Tom Zernia.
