Absolutely top notch service from Dan Schroeder!! He had reliable information and was willing to answer questions in depth in a very timely fashion. Neither my husband nor I were in the same state nor even the same country so there was a lot of going back and forth as well as needing to communicate at very specific hours, all of which Dan did without issue. Dan made the house buying experience nearly seamless and for any hiccups we did encounter, he had an answer and was willing to help get it done.
