I’ve been a regular here for years! But decided to leave a review since we threw a small birthday for our kid and it was a blast. The manager Vanessa really took care of us and explained everything about our event I did remember our host Sebastian though, thank you Sebastian for being so helpful and attentive. The food was good, the vibe was good, clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. Great place for kids , groups, and date nights.

Had an amazing time at Bowl 360 in Astoria! The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and perfect for a fun outing. Mario was absolutely incredible—so attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. He made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The Astoria location is fantastic, and exceptional service like Mario’s truly sets it apart. Highly recommend visiting Bowl 360 Astoria for a great time. Thank you, Mario, for making our visit unforgettable!

We hosted a bowling event for our church youth ministry group. Our expectations were surpassed with the amount of attention BOWL360 Astoria displayed.
From the personalized LED display on our lanes, super attentive service by our host and server, delicious food and overall experience!

This place is fun for bowling and but don’t come here expecting literally anything else. Poor management and scheduling is ruining this place. First, you have to wait in a long line to get a lane because they have one person doing reservations/ payments & shoes. Once we finally got a lane we tried to order food. No one came to take our order for 30 minutes so my bf finally just went to the register to order. It took an hour for our pizza to come out. Not an exaggeration. In the meantime I observed other tables/ lanes (including our lane from who knows who before us) not being cleared of drinks and food. The bathroom was also filthy, there was literally a balloon in one of the toilets and the other one was stopped up. Overall just a dirty place. But you can’t even blame the employees because it’s poor management at fault. Chris the manager needs to do better and hire more people because this bowling alley could be really cool but these things ruin the whole experience. Mariel and the other young kid working there were still very nice despite the stress I’m sure they’re under working in that environment.

Just had my schools end of the year bowling party and everyone had an amazing time. Service was responsive and friendly wiuld recommend for events whole heartedly!!!! Thank you

The atmosphere walking in was really promising! Until we tried to get a couple of games of bowling in. Price gouging at its finest at this location! Anything above $15 per person a game is crazy! This place is over $25 per person / per game! LMAO!

We unfortunately decided to play a ($5) pool game instead, ordered food and drinks… asked for extra wet buffalo tenders, to no surprise, they came out dried and cold. Asked the “food runner for extra buffalo sauce, she told me, they were backed up. 20 mins later I walked into the kitchen, to see the food runner and cook chit chatting away, told them my tenders are cold now, and i still need my extra sauce that I asked for when I ordered my food. The cooked when right in and grabbed them right away.

Wished i had the option to pay after service… because it would be way less than what this service is!

There is no internet in the customer. The young girl who supposed to greet you and invite you, is busy watching her Facebook. I was waiting 3 minutes standing in front of her upon I call her to answer basic questions about this place since it was the first time for us. Interestingly, while you buying the tickets there is an option to tip. I don’t get it! I never seen place that you have to tip before you get any service, more so there was a self service. Tip for buying entry tickets!!! How so….

She was zero of interest into the customer on Sunday 3:30 pm. Empty, 5 people there. But tip was imposed on you. Horrible business trick. Watch out!!!

The waiter nice guy, but super overwhelmed. One guy for the entire place. It takes you 20 min to get your drink, but when you have no time to finish it while bowling, the receptionist comes and kicks you out without offering another spot to enjoy what you paid for. She had another customer!!! So the former one is treated like a trash. Horrible business mannerism.

Dirty toilets, no maintenance. No even toilet paper. Simply disgusting, it feels like medieval time.

Place itself, nice bowling area, but don’t expect anything else. There is no atmosphere and atmosphere is made by service people. The owner should reevaluate his decisions regarding whom he hired.

The young waiter, nice kid. He was the only one worth any complement and attention, but overloaded by the volume of people.

Unfortunately, it was not the best experience!
