The place is very busy on the weekend but always seems to keep a good flow going. They are actively cleaning so it doesn’t feel like the old school bowling spots. The food is good definitely everyone can find something to eat and drink. They have fun arcade and game area.

Love this place second time celebrating a birthday here. First time was my birthday this time was my friend’s bday. The place is really busy and staff tries their best to serve and accommodate but you kinda have to have patience. The pizza is good and the wings are decent, nothing to write home to mom about. I recommend and will be coming back! Parking is limited but there is plenty right across the street but it’s dark and spooky…desolate…

DON'T GO HERE! A party of 7. Upon arrival was put on the waiting list. While waiting ordered food, server was attentive. While waiting I had to keep going to the front desk to inquire about our lanes. One of the staff told me that the lane ready text was sent out but never received it. After an hours wait never received a text that the lanes were available no communication from the staff. Spoke with the manager, Andre and was told that we needed 2 lanes for 7 people but wasn't offered to play on one lane. Was given 7 play cards with very little credit to accommodate our wait and issue no credits or money back for anything. After closing out all tabs was then charged unknowingly and additional charge for a high tip that we did not leave. So be mindful with using your cards there. Will never go back to that location. They weren't professional in making their guests wanting to come back to that location. Other locations maybe better but don't go to the Queens location.

What they don’t tell you is you get patted down before entering on Fridays with no water bottles allowed. Additionally, no action is taken by this establishment to prevent illiterate morons from parking illegally in handicap spots. But hey, at least the pins are on a rope system and you get the warm reception of a prison for those that have never been!

We had a great time! Nice spot. If you go after 7 on Friday or Saturday there are fewer children. They stay open late, and the food and drinks are great as well. I wish they had theme nights. If they did, ppl may come more often. I know I would.

This is a family/friends fun bowling alley. These are not professional lanes with professional pinsetter systems. The pins are on ropes that reset the pins. What ends up happening sometimes is that the rope of pins you knock down may knock over others that you otherwise wouldn't have knocked down. It happened all night. The balls available are also not the best. The holes of the balls can make the ball skip as the ball rolls down the lane. Things I liked is that each lane has their separate table for food and drinks and their own computer keypad for their lane.

Wow me and my husband took our kids bowling since we live a block away and we’ve had always come here on the regular which we always enjoy coming but besides that when we come every server we’ve had never has been attentive how usually it’s supposed to be but when we came on Monday I guess they’ve hired new people and this is the reason for this review you guys hired THE BEST SERVER WE’VE EVER HAD ME AND MY HUSBAND agreed on this we’ve even wrote her a little message on her receipt of how amazing she treated me and my family her name is Charlene I remember her name she has blue hair you guys (Bowlero) she’s amazing and I noticed she enjoys serving genuinely everytime we come I would be asking for her GREAT EMPLOYEE YOU GUYS HAVE the other servers should take notes I don’t do reviews but she’s worth it SHES A KEEPER 💯🙏🏽🫶🏽

Currently here as I write this. The service SUCKS. And I’ve been here a few times already. Always the same crap. I’m trying to get a drink at the bar and about 5 workers are all huddled up having a conversation while I just stand there ignored.

Edit: emailing guest service is not going to do anything about the experience I encountered. It’s just not acceptable. Do better. I obviously posted for this location so this where I went.
