My experience with Boxer Properties has been couldn't have been any better. They have people that professional and don't mind going above and beyond their call of duty. I had questions and they immediately had answers. I had to wait for nothing. I would recommend Boxer Properties to any professional looking for reasonably priced office space and they have space to meet anyone's need. My inside sales rep. Kevin Crump was professional and stayed with me every step of the way even through my move in date. Should anyone be in the market for office space Boxer Properties is the only way to go and Kevin Crump is rep you want working with you. My building manager was also very courteous upon my move in date. I look forward to a long stay here with Boxer Properties.

The management group at this Boxer Property location go above and beyond to make sure you are happy & productive at your new office. Maintenance requests are answered within an hour & the front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I even had a freak incident where because of the freeze a branch started to fall on my car & I was unable to get to the office to move it. Ashley called and let me know what was going on & even called someone to come remove the branches so no damage was done to my new car. This is a great example of the attentive staff employed by Boxer!

My opinion of Boxer Property has turned 180 degrees. Plumbing doesn't work all the time, security entrance exists but does not work, cheap workmanship and repairs. Boxer purchased electricity, unbeknownst to the tenants, in the wholesale/variable rate market and got stung during the winter storm in TX. Now they are passing exorbitant rates on to the tenants.

The HVAC unit has been non-functional for over THREE months and it is 90 degrees in my suite. Add to that the fact that electric circuit trips almost daily.

Now ... they have INCREASED the operating expense to the tenants.

Boxer is all about money and provides no concessions. I will not be renewing my lease and if you are considering them make sure you think about every contingency because they do not give breaks to the tenants, even during covid.

They have now painted the building facades an ugly gray and orange. Instead of helping the tenants, they attempt to turn a "sow's ear building" into a "silk purse building" in order to draw more tenants in without caring for their current ones.

They also just sent me a dunning notice that I did not pay the June 2021 rent. I sent them back a screenshot of THEIR payment portal where the payment had been made two days earlier. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.

If you are reading through these reviews, note that they applaud favorable reviews but do nothing to remedy unfavorable ones. Boxer management is not to be trusted.
