I have had a wonderful experience at 4100 Spring Valley Road, largely thanks to Robin, an exceptional staff member. Robin is incredibly attentive, supportive, and always prompt in addressing any needs or concerns, ensuring that we have an enjoyable time in the office. His positive attitude truly makes customers feel valued and eager to come to work each day. I have no concerns and have always felt well taken care of. I would definitely consider renewing my lease here.

Very bad renting in this building. The bathrooms always dirty the management never answer calls. The office is veryyyy hotbor veryyyy cold but not set. No office staff around. Only sending AUTOMATED reminders but veryyyyy dirty place

I'm renting with Boxer Property in the building at 4100 Spring Valley Rd, Dallas, and the experience has been more than positive. The building is clean all the time, the maintenance manager is always attentive to ensure everything is clean and smells good, and the offices are left impeccable at night. Honestly, a 10/10! Highly recommended.

As a small business owner, I LOVE this property! Very well kept building & my office is spacious and suits the needs of my growing business. The management for our building is also TOP NOTCH! Very responsive and alway friendly and eager to assist me with me with my rental questions! Strongly recommend this property.

The worst place to set up the office. There is always some kind of outage and maintenance problem. Elevator and Air condition problems are pretty common, you will experience them at least once a month.

I would NOT recommend renting a space at this location. The current management has poor customer service and creates a hostile environment. I recently moved after being there a few years due to the poor treatment and not fixing repairs in a timely manner. If you have concerns be prepared to email/call multiple times before someone responds and/or you may possibly not get a response at all. The elevators were broke for about a year and created a safety hazard but it did not appear as though it was of concern with Boxer. If you work late the AC/Heat is turned off after 7 so it will not be a comfortable environment for your business. There is no longer security in the building which was initially there when I signed my lease. Also please make sure to have even the smallest of details in writing on your lease or you may run the risk of them penalizing you once it is time for your deposit to be returned to you. It may appear to be a less expensive option but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere as you'll save yourself many headaches.
