Dealing with BP International (Patsy in specific) has felt like dealing with two different companies. Prior to signing, she was responsive, attentive, and helpful. Post signing however, it’s been almost polar opposite. She dodges phone calls, doesn’t reply to emails nor text messages.
Really unprofessional and unfortunate. Due to her negligence, a simple negotiation over seeking compensation for property availability delay is turning into a legal battle which will eventually lead to cancellation of the contract.
