I can’t say enough about our experience working with Brad. My husband and I talked with him at an open house and immediately knew he would be a good agent. As first time home buyers, he was fantastic at walking us through the process. He is super down to earth, dedicated, responsive, works hard, and has a great head on his shoulders. His advice on pricing and relationship with the other real estate agents were clutch in helping us to land our “dream” home, for which there were many competing offers and we were able to end up on top...and I believe without totally overpaying. Even after closing and over a year later we can go to him any time when we have questions or need recommendations and he is super responsive and helpful. We have had great recommendations from him on anything from contractors to tree trimmers, etc. Overall—great guy and great agent—highest recommendations.

I contacted Brad for his experience and expertise in investing in additional real estate. Our initial discussions were around what I wanted to accomplish, and when I'd like to do it, then he laid out a couple of different options and a roadmap. Once I decided which route to take, he first helped in selling my home. In the beginning, he quickly identified the essential upgrades that brings out the most value, and he brought in quality vendors to perform the upgrades. I was very pleased with the workmanship, moreover, it was all done on time as originally planned, which was important. The property was in-contract in under ten days.

Meanwhile, he brought in another real estate agent from the area I wanted to purchase a home from. Both of them helped me thru the entire process. He and his team were there every step of the way to make sure the selling and buying process was effectively managed.

The key values that Brad brought was his expertise in negotiation, always representing my interests, effectively managing all activities down to the details, and maintaining clear communication and being very responsive. Overall it was great working with Brad.
