I just wish they had emoji on here so I could laugh at every negative comment. This place is the best it's a community of loving people that look out for each other.. let me just say if you were asked to leave, there is good reason for it and no not because of the color of your skin. it's because you were doing something wrong .. the manager and maintenance guy are amazing and the apartments are beautiful .

I have friends that live here and I have visited them quite a bit . This place is great the people are warm and welcoming and you really feel like you belong . There's always people out socializing and looking out for others

A wonderful place to live. With a very community driven feeling. Apartments are very big and roomy. Lots of storage. Secure building. The property manager (Marilyn) is amazing very helpful and kind. The maintenance guy (John) is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly. Really nice guy.
If you are looking for a place where people are here for you. And your neighbors are friendly. This is it.
We’ve been here since it opened. And we just love it.

The building itself has been a very comfortable place to live. The management (Marilyn) is very down to Earth and easy to talk to. She made my moving in process easy, and had the nicest little welcoming committee to make me feel right at home. The neighbors are kind and are great resources for anything you need. It's a secured building with a call intercom right to your cell phone, so convenient! If you're not in the first floor, there is an elevator (so no stairs)! The appliances are all brand new since their recent opening. The high ceilings are extra nice for the storage and closet areas. I've gotten nothing but compliments on how beautiful my home is from my friends and family. It's been great living here 😊

Terrible place to rent. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the other people that live here and everyone is unemployed on welfare so everyone is home 24/7, Brassworks employees are intrusive and will call the cops on you and get you and your children evicted. The old lady and man who try to run it like a prison are awful people. Stay away if you want peace in your life.

This place has felt like home since moving in. The management goes above and beyond taking care of your needs. She is very friendly and professional. It's clean and safe. I like the fact that there is security throughout the building inside and out. The maintenance guy is on top of anything that needs repaired. I love the fitness room here. I have amazing neighbors and if you're looking for a welcoming home this is it ☺️

I had received a call from BrassWorks for a move in date they offered. Me being excited for change and a new beginning took on the opportunity after living in a place for almost 6years. After about a Week of moving to the Brassworks residence saw a new face and decided to not accept me moving in by sending out complaints to the Office over Hear Say and assumptions. Being of color in a place of elderly unexcepting people was now getting a “complaint” EVERY WEEKEND from my move in date. I then was told after 3 weeks of Just moving in I would have to Terminate the Unit in only a 14 day time spand. I have now Lost a place I had no reason to move from in the beginning , to also Losing thousands of hard earn money, to losing a home over my sons head and being jeopardized of character. I must have God by my side because after this awful domino effect within only a month of residency I have bought me a House all out of gods hands in such a short period of time. I’d say all things happen for a reason and I Would NOT recommend living in a place with people that jeopardize your peace.
