We have dealt with Breen for the past 3 years now for our annual house rental on the bluff. Never met Mr Breen but have only dealt with Jackie and Haleigh, both whom are great to work with. Going to contact them soon for next summer.

We recently purchased a home in Cambria and are so glad we dodge the bullet and did not end up working with Richard Breen. After we purchased our home we found out just the reputation Mr. Breen has for being untrustworthy and misleading.

I would highly recommend any buyer that is working with Breen as a realtor do their due diligence thoroughly. We have a water Moratorium. If anyone tries and tells you there are "buildable lots" or grandfathered waitlist... I would highly recommend you spending some time and researching the current situation that is going on at the Cambria Community Services District. I am a home owner and have no reason to paint a dire picture regarding our communities situation. I am glad to live here but you should spend time and do your research and in the case of listings in the Leimert Area be aware there are documented CCR's on file with the county that specify lots 1-53 will only be used for single family residential purposes. There are better realtors in town and trust me when I say the community here is not clamoring for another vacation rental to be set up in their neighborhood. No one is.
