My family and I have been working with the team at Brennan and Associates for years, and I can’t say enough great things about them, especially Al and Emilia. They’ve been there for us through everything, buying, selling, and managing our rental properties. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to staying up to date on the ever changing tenant landlord laws, which has given us so much peace of mind.
What we love most is how hands off they allow us to be. They handle all the day-to-day details and the smaller issues that come up, so we don’t have to deal with the constant back-and-forth. They only reach out when it’s about a major decision that needs our approval, which makes owning and managing properties so much easier and less stressful. If you’re looking for a team that can truly take the weight off your shoulders, Brennan and Associates is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Everything was great until we applied for a rental property and then never heard from them again. Even had to go through the ridiculous pet evaluation, which is $30 per pet, and then left messages, texts, and emails and heard nothing back. Unprofessional. If not approved or there is something wrong with an application at least have the decency to let people know.

Update: Coincidentally, after posting this review, I finally received a phone call back from them.
