We stayed In the Phoenix 7 #1207. Our condo was clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and perfect for us. Our balcony view was gorgeous as always. We’ve been coming to OB for 10 yrs and always stay with Phoenix.

My family and I had an amazing stay and will return. Brett Robinson's team was easy to work with and quality can't be beat. I was very impressed. Condo was clean and just gorgeous. The amenities can't be matched. If you are looking for a LOT of activities with your spouse or kids this is your place. We can not wait to return.

We've used Brett/Robinson a whole lot. We've always trusted them and gotten the best out of it and the places the we stay. This time was very different. Upon arrival, we had to have someone come clean all the bathrooms because they were disgusting. We had to call for cords to set up every single TV. They didn't set it up- we had to. In the master bedroom there is a huge leak and cracks happening- when informed they did nothing and only said they would send someone out. (That never happened) The water filter on refrigerator says to be replaced and is rusted all over it. Above some showers, it had mold and mildew spots. Overall the place was not clean- like they had forgot someone was about to checkin.
When checked out, it said I would fill out a survey and they wouldn't send it. This trip was very disappointing with our condo. And they do not want to fix any of it for allowing that place to be so terrible and still rent it out. So be careful!!

Our condo was super clean and perfect to the description. The check in and check out was super easy. Definitely recommend using Brett Robinson. Phoenix Bldg 2 is a great location for restaurants and things to do. Only thing we noticed was elevator was noisy but we were located on the top floor. Make sure and take advantage of the coupon book that you can sign up for. Parking can be a little bit cramped with a bigger vehicle.

Beautiful condo. Needs a new toaster, the washing machine replaced, and a heating element in the dryer. Four fast elevators. We rarely had to wait for one. Everything was clean. Not a speck of sand anywhere on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place was PHENOMENAL. So incredibly clean, beautiful decor, very helpful staff, just book it!!! The lazy river doubles as the pool. Use a travel agent, mine got me a discount at booking! Overall 10/10!!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Overall this place was really nice and would I stay here again? Yes. The apartment was overall really nice with some minute complaints. When preparing for bed for the night, the sheets in the master bedroom had what appeared to me little dried blood spots. Can’t swear that’s what it was but sure looked like it (see photos) The room had two TVs with satellite and one of the remotes had dead batteries. I called the front desk and the guy told me “the other one should work both TVs call me back if it don’t.” Not a huge ordeal but why not just give me some new batteries? Kind of an inconvenience sharing a remote all week. Second complaint would be the cleaning staff. By no means do o expect them to clean up after us or be a “maid” but I do expect the towels to be exchanged and sheets maybe? Make the bed maybe? Seems like when I was younger hotels always did this. This didn’t happen at all during our stay. No one ever came in and after the second day I called the front desk to ask how to get towels exchanged and they told me to “put the dirty ones in the hallway and come to the office for replacements.” We did NOT use the “do not disturb” sign. This is the big one for me and the reason I did not give 5 stars. By no means am I trying to be lazy but with my family trying to enjoy vacation for only a week I don’t think we should have to worry about towel exchange. My wife was also very disappointed that the property didn’t have a jacuzzi. Bathroom could be updated a bit. The tub seemed well used (see photos) Also I feel there should be another pool as the one here is great but tends to get very crowded. Other than that everything else was great. The office being open 24/7 is a big plus and the store they have inside is nice too and very convenient. If your on the beach and don’t want to go to the room for a drink you can just go to the store and get one. I also really like how close everything was together. The building is elevated and the parking is underneath the building. So soon as you park you jump on the elevator and go up to your room all in about a couple minutes. From our room to the beach room only about 3-4 minutes. The elevators are a little slow the building only has two with 15 floors so you have to wait a bit to get on one during high traffic times. Overall a very nice stay and would definitely stay again.
