I cannot say enough good things about Peter. When he came out to complete a survey for us, he had to climb over a creek, handle our disruptive neighbor, and deal with the heat. We hit him with the trifecta of awful, and he was nothing but kind and respectful. He was extremely thorough, and very gracious. I wish I could give him a hundred stars. We will definitely use him again for all of our surveying needs.

I called for a quote on getting a property marker replaced and spoke directly with Peter Brewster. He explained all that was involved in replacing a monument drawing a new parcel map, recording with the county etc.) and it looked like it would be a rather expensive project. He asked if there were any other monuments on the property and then explained how to find the location of the missing marker. I followed his instructions and found the monument buried under a couple of inches of soil in about 20 minutes.
I really appreciate the time and effort Peter put into helping me find the monument over the phone. I think that speaks volumes about his character and if I ever need a property surveyed I'll be sure to use Brewster & Associates.
