Bri was great, she as able to sell the property just as she explained to me, the market trends that happened in the winter time when it’s a little harder to sell then the busier months. she was able to sell the property faster then what was expected. Bri is a true professional very tied into Santa Cruz's quirky and, currently, bit of erratic pulse. Her initial evaluation was clear, concise, communicative and spot-on. Our selling situation was unorthodox and challenging on several dynamic levels. We did not have one of those perfectly turnkey homes; on the contrary it was a situation consisting of recent cured Notice of Violations on record, an awkward floor plan and a single bathroom with four bedrooms - a tougher sell looking for top dollar. Bri spruced it up wonderfully with her experience of designing and building her own homes along with her firsthand knowledge of what it takes to develop something a bit rough and turn it into something desirable for buyer traction. She arranged her pocket team of affordable builders, coordinated and practically GC'd our whole home renovation update in less than two weeks - unheard of in the current Santa Cruz market. And did it with grace. Her patience, resilience, professionalism and positivity kept a challenging project on track. Other challenging personal dynamics were involved which Bri handled with the utmost tact, understanding and sensitivity as well. I do not think that any other real estate agent that I met could have navigated and completed this task under our circumstances. I can confidently review that you are in solid hands with Bri on all levels.

Bri is the best realtor out there! I wish I could give more then 5 stars.
She made selling our house an amazing stress-free experience! She heard our goals and exceeded in delivering them. I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but as soon as we found Bri, she took the weight off our shoulders.

We are so incredibly grateful to Bri for helping us find our new home in Santa Cruz! My husband and I moved here from overseas and were clueless not only about Santa Cruz but the entire California house buying process.
