My wife and I knew nothing about buying when we started our journey. We are both so glad we found Brian. On day one he educated us on the process of home buying. He went over everything step by step, and he even informed us on the lingo. He worked with our budget, and our wants in a home. He found many good options. He was never pushy, or in a hurry. We never felt pressured to get into something we didn’t like or want. When we did find the home we wanted, Brian took care of everything. He put in our offers. Everything was so easy. The paperwork is all done online with digital signatures. You can even sign your paperwork from your smartphone! It really helps when you’re away from your computer. Once our offer was accepted, Brian and Jennifer, his assistant, pushed the escrow company into action. They helped us work through many issues that came up in the process. We were in our home in about 2 ½ months. Working with Brian and his team made life a lot less stressful. We used Brian Bean based on a referral from our wonderful agent in Atlanta GA. There is basically no comparison between the two. I feel he never had our best interests at heart. What kind of real estate agent doesn't have a home inspector to refer? He never even suggested a home inspection - we had to bring it up to him. He couldn't even refer a landscaper to help us design our backyard. His suggestion? "google it". When I asked a question, it was hit or miss if he was going to be slightly condescending with his answer. He was always on his phone, he left early from our home appointments more than once. I felt we were given his full attention 40% of the time. When we signed our builder paperwork, he was asking the builder's sales lady how to become a "preferred agent" with them. We didn't even get a "congratulations" on the house, or a checkup of any kind (we closed last month). The last time we heard from him was a week before closing when we did our final walkthrough - which showed up to late, and left early. I'm not even sure he reviewed our final paperwork. Buying a home is so stressful, and so important - it would have been nice to feel like at least our agent was on our side. 2 stars because we love our home and our home location. Stay Away from using Brian unless you want to do most of your own work and research.
