Lilly was incredibly helpful throughout the process of purchasing my house. She knew what I was looking for and showed me a number of different potential options before I settled on one. When viewing properties she quickly pointed out key highlights and flaws that I would have missed. Lilly had a good handle on the current market and helped me submit an appropriate offer. Once my offer was accepted Lilly communicated constantly with the seller's agent and relayed important updates back to me. We worked directly with Lilly Boardman as our realtor, however all of the Group provided elements of assistance. Lilly Boardman showed us all different options from condos to townhouses to single family homes. Within all spaces, Lilly encouraged creativity within our budget and assisted in creating unique offers which ultimately helped us buy our dream home in downtown Burlington. Lilly always accommodated our work schedules for showings, and spent substantial time during our visits. Lilly and Brian share a special gift of envisioning the potential for spaces, some of which I never would have thought of on my own.
