Prior to working with Brian we had previously attempted to sell our townhouse with another Realtor. We were unsuccessful and ended up leasing instead. We received a letter from Brian offering his services and we decided to meet with him. We were impressed with his knowledge and he offered great suggestions for how to deal with the most unsatisfactory conditions of our home. He expertly negotiated our contract and got us a great price on our house as well as selling it quickly.

As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous about the whole process. I had a bunch of questions all of the time but the great thing was I knew I could just send Brian a text and he would respond very promptly with an answer and if he did not know the answer because the question pertained more toward the lender he would ask right away. Even if it was 9:00pm he would respond. One time we finished seeing a showing I had a question for the lender and were headed to another location and when we arrived Brian came out of his car with the answer to my question I was so surprised by the initiative during a 10min drive between showings. I was expecting him to call later on and get back to me later in the day. Brian was always available for showings, prompt, and prepared.

Brian was great with giving different perspectives with pros and cons of different properties. I never felt that he was pushy and trying to sway me one way or another. When it came to negotiation time he was a great help with bouncing off ideas and different strategies. I also did not know a lot of these real estate terms such as "settlement date" and he clarified all these terms without making it sound like he was talking down to me. Very polite, patient, and did not mind repeating terms and anything over and over again.

Brian also has great resources which made everything a smooth transition between the lender and closing agent. This was a great first time home buyer experience. If I ever do buy again I have no doubt in my mind to call Brian again. I would also refer anyone who is looking for a realtor to Brian.

I like to leave a quick review for Brian. I hired him to help me find land to build a house on. He did an great job on keeping up with what was coming on the market as well as guiding me through the process buying and all the paperwork involved. Mr. Huber has great customer service and always followed up with me to make sure I was all set. With his expertise and knowledge in real estate, he helped me find a parcel to build. Brian was a huge disappointment. Because of his lackluster performance and his lack of attention to detail, I am facing several code violations that the previous tenants made prior to me buying their property. This is where the protection of a savvy, knowledgeable real estate agent comes in handy. Brian is not that agent. He should have known to ask better questions, but he sat in the background waiting for his payday. In my current saga, I told Brian what I should do or what could be done; his response, "I can help you find a lawyer". Yeah, that's the kind of support required and the right person you need on your side...

Brian has been fantastic to work with. This was our first home and if it were not for Brian, the experience would not have been this exciting and rewarding. He helped us so much throughout the process. He wasn’t pushy and actually showed us the downsides of some of the homes we looked at (like aging appliances, old hot water heater - things that would cost us extra soon after we bought it).
