Briarcliff Manor review of a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, (they have bigger apartments and townhomes if a 1 bedroom is not enough for you) My name is Madeline and my boyfriend and I have been renting this place for a little bit over a year now. You have a very spacious living room bedroom and bathroom along with kitchen and plenty of storage space. You get an amazing value for the price of the rent!! You will also have an amazing property manager Missy who is a sweetheart, she is very helpful, understand and an amazing person to talk to if you have any questions at all, she also responds to emails very quickly! You also have your maintenance guys which are absolutely amazing, they respond to request very well, fix things like new and are understanding as well! Overall your management/ landlord/ maintenance people are absolutely amazing people, very down to earth and caring individuals and ive honestly never had a issue or problem here.This place is a great spot for all, there are young couples, familes, individuals ect. All neighbors are super friendly and its very quiet in the apartment complexes.You also have a app that you can make maintenance requests, email, documents and pay rent or see your balance. Highly recommend this place!! Definitely an amazing apartment with an amazing location and amazing people!

Briarcliff Manor was home to my family (husband and 4 year old son) for 2 years and the only reason we moved was because we purchased our first home. We had an amazing experience from move in to move out. Missy was always kind and attentive and the maintenance guys, Wendell and Jeremy, were extremely timely and very kind as well. All three of them will always say hello to you and chat in passing which was always so comforting to us having moved to a new area. The townhouses and apartments are in a super quiet area located at the top of a hill and adjacent to a small neighborhood. There is easy access to 470 and 70 and you are about 10-15 minutes away from grocery stores and shopping. We always felt safe at Briarcliff Manor and would highly recommend living there!

I have been a resident here at Briarcliff Manor for over 10 years. I chose Briarcliff Manor and am so glad I did. The maintenance guys, Wendell and Jeremy help me whenever I need some extra help. Missy in the Office is great too. If I have an issue with my rental account she is always available. The area is so nice and quiet. I love the trees and that you can take walks just about anywhere around the complex. I recommend Briarcliff Manor!!

In the past several months, I have found Briarcliff Manor Apartments to be an excellent place to live while I was looking for a house to buy. I want to commend the office manager and maintenance crew for their dedication to their jobs. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, the office manager took care of it immediately. I have yet to find a more efficient, organized, and kind individual. Regarding maintenance, I had only one issue which was taken care of within minutes of my submitting the request. Overall, I believe Briarcliff to be the best apartment choice in Wheeling with its well-maintained modern apartments and grounds and its hard-working staff.

I’ve lived here a little under 2 years with quite active upstairs neighbors, 5-10 minute hot showers, almost NO parking for my One vehicle that I own, minimal lease options with crazy prices and fees. I haven’t had any issues with the apartment itself and the staff is incredibly nice and very fast if something goes wrong. All around though I cannot say I will be signing another lease here.

Briarcliff is a great place to live. Since day one of inquiring about an apartment til now has been absolutely amazing. Missy is so nice and very helpful through anything! Maintenance is super helpful as well. The property is well maintained, very relaxed and a nice little neighborhood. Definitely would recommend leasing here!
