Bridgeport absolutely has the best management & maintenance team that I have ever experienced! The team is incredibly prompt with responding to any service request, has great communication with the residents, and the property is well-maintained. One thing that I truly appreciated was the fact that the water & garbage bill was consistent and not some arbitrary billing practice that other complexes have. This complex is also located in a good school district so that was a plus, as well. Unit upgrades were awesome & safety was never a concern. Would highly recommend to someone moving to the area.

As I relocate to Oregon, I carry with me fond memories of the wonderful staff, the serene atmosphere, and of course, the delightful heated pool. Hello, I visited Bridgeport Ranch Apartments and was very pleased with the courtesy and friendliness of Mr Justin. We walked the grounds and viewed a couple of apartments. He was very knowledgeable of the complex layout, and any questions that I had he was able to answer. A very pleasant visit. The complex itself is lovely, clean and attractive. Even smells great in the administration lobby. Apartment’s with nice open views and a taste of country in Cordelia.

I need to give a huge shoutout to Joey Dito, the maintenance technician at Bridgeport Ranch Apartments, for going above and beyond when I got locked out of my apartment—after hours, no less! Joey arrived incredibly quickly and made the whole situation so much less stressful for me and my young son. He handled everything with such professionalism and kindness, making sure we were comfortable and back in our home in no time. We’re so grateful for his help and truly appreciate his dedication!

This place is nice and clean. The pool area, hot tub and bbq is well kept. We had a nice bbq dinner one summer night and my kids with their cousins enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Parking is a plus too, easy to find non resident parking spots and the landscape was kept up nicely.

I came in to walk the property and I loved it! Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I was thoroughly thrilled with the property. I’m glad they have open floor plans, and a huge bathtub! But my favorite feature were the grills in the pool picnic area. Amazing touch.

Misty & Thalia deserve 10 stars they really go the extra mile and rectify any of my concerns so quickly. The complex itself is beautiful and well maintained. I love the dog park and the pool area. If you need a new home come see these girls in the office.
