This place used to be great to live in. However, there must have been a change in property management. Now, we wait for months for anything to get repaired, if at all. Our shower has been broken for months, and they won't send anyone to fix it. There is an old rickety fence out back that they refuse to have fixed. Now, people just walk in off the streets and go through everyone's backyards to steal stuff. Management does nothing about it. They allow trash to just sit in the yards, and nobody picks it up. They allow their tenants to have their dogs crap everywhere and not pick it up. This place is turning into an absolute dumpster fire, and the property management could care less as long as they get their greedy hands on your rent money. Avoid this place like the plague!

Horrible experience living here. There is so much mold in these apartments, and you have to fight with the property management to get it fixed. Only lived here for a year, and almost every experience I had with management was unpleasant. They don't answer their phones and like to only send emails to communicate. I had people try to break into my apartment multiple times, and I also got mail stolen. Caught my upstairs neighbor trying to peak in my windows within the first few weeks of moving in. Also had a homeless man living under the stairs, and I had to call the police to get him to leave. Please look at other apartments to live at. It's not safe to live there, especially a female living alone. The only positive thing about this place is the location, but there are plenty of other apartments to live at near by.

This place is terrible. Don’t even bother checking this place out. There was mold growing in my friend’s apartment when she moved in and she had their maintenance come in to clean it (they also walked in without knocking, just unlocked it and invited themselves in) and the apartments ended up taking like half of her deposit for cleaning when she moved out even when she already had cleaned the place - had the carpets shampooed too. She was always transparent with apartment staff about any issues that she had, and they always dismissed her or didn’t bother answering her.

These complexes have great units at reasonable prices. Pets are allowed here, and there are usually available parking spots. The trash is picked up often, which is a huge plus. Maintenance responds quickly as well. I definitely look forward to my next visit.

I signed a 12 month lease for a 1 Br apt. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to process my application quickly and I was able to move in earlier than expected. The main issue was the apt. I guess it was a former drug den and it was repaired more quickly than was necessary. There were no doors on the main closet and I had no power in the living room. The power fix ended up taking 6 months but was a more minor issue in 1 of the outlets. I did most of the small repairs myself like the bathroom drain and cold water in the kitchen. The move out was fast and fair. I was charged only for cleaning and they took my last months utilities out of my last check. I did not like paying a huge fee to pay online so I had to walk to the bank every month and drop off a check. The office is within a few blocks so this was not a huge chore.

Positives are there is a roof, electricity, running water, close to stores and parks for the kids
But they think throwing a fresh coat of paint is worth charging more money. Rent is over 1300(before the paint) for a two bed one bath little over 900 square feet. No assigned parking. So people with multiple cars hog all the spaces and never moves them. By 630 if you dont have a spot by then you are parking out in the street. To top it all off section 8 had to step in and fix outer walls, porches and paint the apt. Because it feels like the owner stopped caring just in it to sit on thier butts and collect rent.

There is an elder that lives in the apartments there that hates black people. Will cause a scene and watches every residents actions to see whether police should be called on the situation.
If you want to live here enjoy your permanent "Karen."

Oh and my family was paying 1600 for a 1bd 1ba 750sqft place.

I don't know how to reply to comments but if you can't find my name its because it's under Sam Laughlin or Jody Rushlow. And it's fine. I just feel sorry for the future residents. It's not my issue anymore 🤙
