Perry was our real estate agent when we bought our first home this past October and I don't know how we got so lucky to get to work with him but I am thankful every day that we did. My husband and I had basically no idea what we were doing and Perry guided us through every single step of the process with patience but also drove urgency to help us secure our dream home in a competitive market. He was so thoughtful in every interaction, always going the extra step to make sure every "i" was dotted and every "t" crossed. No one has better connections, or is more respected in the area and working with him felt like having a VIP pass when it came to everything from securing our mortgage to hiring a moving company. Perry is also incredibly kind and we genuinely felt like we were in the absolute best hands possible. Buying a house can be a daunting experience but because we had Perry, it is one we look back on fondly. 11/10 could not recommend him enough.

Perry provided such a great experience for my first home buying foray. My friend and I met Perry via Zillow when we wanted to visit a duplex. From then on, I worked with Perry exclusively to view both duplexes and single-family residences in Berkeley and Oakland. He was really in tune with what I alone and my friend and I together were seeking, and was available to show us places at the drop of a hat. Aside from his real estate expertise, Perry is a lovely person and very easy to talk with. He also has a huge roster of construction and maintenance folks to work with, which could come in handy. All in all, I had a fantastic experience with Perry and would highly recommend working with him.

Buying a house in the bay area can be a complex and a stressful process for anyone.
