Brianna worked with me for almost a year developing a strategy for the sale of my second home near Cornucopia. Her market research was excellent, which was particularly important as the house was toward the upper end of the market and somewhat difficult to price. The online listing was beautifully done and gave the property excellent exposure both locally and in the Twin Cities. She was very attentive during the listing period and communicated both proactively and responsively to my questions and concerns. We worked with Suzie for nearly 2 years to find a house and she was the bright spot in our home search, which was far longer than we expected.
