Brookfield apartments are really nice, renovated apartments to live in. I’ve been with them almost 3 years and can honestly say I haven’t had a more caring landlord than Erin. She truly is the sweetest and any time we’ve ever had an issue, it’s been fixed very quick! These are well-maintained and are in a great location.

I rented from Brookfield for a year and have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Landlords were quick to respond if an issue arose (which was rare). Apartment was recently refinished and clean. Neighbors were friendly and I never had any problems with them

This apartment is nice place. We lived here for two years. The management is so nice. They are so nice and helpful people. If there is any problem in apartment, they respond quick and fix the problem as soon as possible.

Beautiful apartments, clean, nice staff, and seems like a great community of neighbors. My husband and I toured last year but then located to florence for a job, i am not working in muscle shoals so we are re applying 🙂

The management there is soooo nice. Erin is great. The complex is quiet and very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in their business. 5 stars hands down. I definitely recommend !
