Anywhere that is managed by Kim and the rest of her team, I will live there. I trust their experience in managing apartment communities, they respond quickly to maintenance requests or questions about the units, and take care of the units. The apartments are nice and fairly priced compared to other complexes and they don't gouge you left and right. The transparency is awesome.

About 2 weeks ago I went to the management company in hoover to fill out an application for the apartment and to see pictures of the units because there are none online. When I got there the main receptionist gave me the application to fill out. Before I wanted to fill out the application I asked to see a floor plan of the apartment to which she said that there was none. Confused I asked why and she shrugged her shoulders and yelled to her boss and asked him and his reply was if I wanted to see the schematics that I can go up to the courthouse and pay 5 dollars to look at the plans of the building. Needless to say I was shocked. So then I asked to see pictures of the unit i was going to rent. (Surely they have pictures of their units) NOPE! NO PICTURES!! her words were it was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. 600 deposit 600 first months rent all rent is due at first of the month. There is a 3 day grace period and after that it is 50 a day after ten days of no payment they will go to the courthouse and start eviction paperwork. She then pointed to a collage of at least 100 pictures on the wall of people's stuff in the yard in front of the apartment. Needless to say I handed the paperwork back to the clerk and told her that I was no longer interested. To be honest it all felt like one big scam. The staff was so absurdly rude and I dont understand how you are trying to sell an apartment yet have no pictures nor any pictures of the layout. This place is a big fat joke. I bet all the units are trash that probably haven't had a renovation in years and that's why there are no pictures. The staff was so rude and un helpful. Steer clear of this hot mess of an apartment building!!

My experience here has been horrible! I have been to the management about the people that live above me a few times with no resolution. I was told to call the police, the police told me nothing could be done I have to talk to management. The people above me kids from week one of me moving here was ringing my door bell, knocking on the windows, I even caught her daughter looking in my window I had to get cameras afterwards cause when I told her I was calling the police she said it would be my word against hers. Each time I went to this woman nothing was done she acted like her kids did nothing wrong and always wanted to argue. Thankfully my lease is up soon and I can move on with my life. This has been the most uncomfortable experience every!
