Worst costumer service ever it takes weeks for someone to return any calls. Commercial West and Browman Development will not provide you with actuate information in regards to lease. William will tell you one thing and Scott will tell you something totally different. When requesting for information through email or website it takes them weeks to even email brochure information and a application. Once you submit the application they will tell you that they are in the process with an offer with another person for that specific location you are interested in, just to see if you will offer a higher amount for the lease. Instead of being honest they like to lead potential tenants on by telling you to call back because things can changes and offers may not go through. Commercial West and Browman Development needs to train their leasing mangers better costumer service. If you are interested in leasing commercial property with Commercial West and Browman Development, I highly recommend you not to go with them save yourself the headache and run arounds from William and Scott.
