Joanie Johnson was the Realtor who met us at a home we were interested in walking through in Mount Vernon. What a fortunate meeting for us! While we did not buy that house, we contracted with her to be our buyer's agent due to her outstanding energy, knowledge of the area and professionalism. We looked at many, many houses, some several times, before we found the home we purchased. Joanie was always available, responsive to calls/text/emails and on top of changes in the market.
