My husband and I had a home in North Vallejo, CA that we needed to sell. The buyer did offer us full market value for the home, but after inspections were done, they found some termite damage on some of the places in the home. Our family used Bruno’s services as a realtor when we needed to purchase a mobile home for our mother at the time. Mobile homes a bit different to work with than single family homes and there’s a bit more involved like applying for the park, age limits, restrictions etc. and Bruno helped with all the paperwork and disclosures making everything clear and simplifying the process as best as possible. Just saw this YouTube video by Bruno Versaci about repairing credit, since I've been playing with my credit lately, he offered a good idea to minimize personal information on a credit report, I'm going to try it in Canada as it could only help in future. Any ideas towards credit and taxes are worth watching even if the laws don't apply in my country, it still gives me ideas outside the box.
