Bryan Marks is a magician in the real estate world! When we were on the hunt for our dream home, Bryan swooped in during the holiday season and negotiated a massive $74k price reduction for us. And then, in just TWO weeks, Bryan had us closing the deal, complete with inspections and all the nitty-gritty stuff. He was literally with us every step of the way, guiding us through the whirlwind of a short escrow like a true pro.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and a great negotiator. Plus he managed to make the entire process fun. Oh, and one thing I forgot to mention was that he managed to get us this home even though it was already in escrow with someone else! Definitely a Christmas miracle. Bryan Marks with the Keller Williams Jerry and Rachel Hsieh team played an integral part securing an accepted offer for our first multi-unit income property. It was the most stress-free and well orchestrated real estate purchase we've experienced!

Working with a consummate professional like Bryan was a pleasant experience from start to finish. He made recommendations based on facts and numbers and I never felt pushed or rushed when making decisions. This can be challenging as real estate transactions are sensitive to timing but Bryan was able to balance this well.

Re-reading my own review it is seemingly one-sided but I have only the highest recommendations. Bryan Marks and his hard working team made our investment dream a reality and did it with class and expertise!

Bryan is an extraordinary realtor, an amazing human being, and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

He worked tirelessly for us for 15 months, as we honed our search and repeatedly changed direction. And through everything he actually made the process fun. He sent us targeted on and off market opportunities. And with the duplex we bought, which is in a highly desirable part of LA, he positioned us perfectly with the sellers to beat out 6 other offers. Plus he used creative negotiation tactics to secure the property for $50k under what we were willing to spend, and then negotiated an additional $40k credit for repairs on an this “As-Is” transaction.

And he didn’t stop after close of escrow. He’s become a great ongoing resource for us — helping with renovation direction, sharing vendors and service providers and overall just being there for any support we need.
