Bryten just took over management of the beautiful building 400 North Apartments where I lived for (2) years before I recently bought my house. This is a nice building nice community pool and good Gym, the prior management team were very respectful, accommodating and friendly and tried to maintain the property. I enjoyed my time with that team, Christian, Christina, & Melody and the maintenance crew. I referred my cousin to the building because I enjoyed my time living there, all before I learned that the management was changing so, we shall see how things go with Bryten RE Partners and how they manage this property I would hate to see this property go down as it sits in a nice community in Maitland.

They won’t return my rental deposit:

I had a very negative experience with Bryten Real State Partners, at the end of my lease in the Breezes at Palm Aire apartment in Pompano Beach, FL, which I handed over on January 3, 2025, leaving the place in perfect condition and complying with all the terms of the contract. However, despite the fact that they confirmed the return of my deposit through their Property Manager, several weeks have passed and I have still not received any explanation or the corresponding refund.

I have tried to communicate on multiple occasions via phone and text messages, I have personally gone to the condominium offices, but the responses have been slow and unclear. They told me that they had sent the check to my home but I never received anything, and after making the claim they told me that they were going to send it to the condominium offices but to date I have not had any positive response from the property manager of the place. I am completely frustrated with the lack of transparency and professionalism on the part of the company. It is a very unfair situation, since I have fulfilled all my obligations as a tenant.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience at the apartment complex managed by Bryten; however, Kayla H was incredible. She listened to all of my concerns, was patient with me, explained in details everything that can be done to reconcile my issues and lastly, she delivered with her promises.

Having representatives like Kayla H, who consistently displays professionalism and kindness, will take companies so far. Kayla — you truly make the world a happier and kinder place.

Tried to get a hold of Weller management headquarters several times, called and left messages. And nobody ever gets back to me very unprofessional had serious complaints about one of the properties they are managing in Kentucky, they have several code violations maintenance is lazy don't know what their doing, office staff is rude, when you have a serious and fair complaint about the way the property is being run, instead of fixing things and listening to you they tell you to break your lease and move, that is very lazy and unprofessional, because of their laziness a piece of metal that closes the door fell off and came swinging down almost hit my girlfriend in the head, they already got a code violation for not fixing it. I have worked for a property management company for over 3 years and I have never seen such a poorly managed apartment complex I'm sure their going to leave me a copy and paste comment that's not honest. Their going to tell me that they are very sorry about my experience and for me to give them a call, I have called several times and left messages and their a little late for an apology considering everything they have put us through.

do not trust bryten real estate with a 12 month contract!!! read through the lease carefully!!! There was mold in my apartment and I could not stay there due to puffy eyes and inability to breathe. I had maintenance tell me it’s dust… it’s water mark on the ceiling with black mold! I had a mold expert confirm it was mold. I was able to get out of lease with doctors note but still had to pay 2 months rent for a place i didn’t stay. They didn’t offer a refund for a inhabitable home that put my health in danger.

We have tried many times to contact you about a false charge and we have not heard anything back. We lived at the Club at Hidden River for four years and moved out over a year and a half ago. A couple of months ago we received a notice in the mail from a collection agency about a $864 charge we have no record of. Please call me back. You have my number. I’ve left four voicemails.

I have been living at a Bryten property for about 6 months now and I love my apartment and the community! The office staff has been super helpful, I have had no issues with my apartment, maintenance has also been fast with a couple work orders I have put in. They have already had about 3 or more resident events which has been great to meet other residents at! I love it here.
