Worked with Dexter. We were able to get under contract in a hot market in our first or second offer on a home. After trying for 4 months with another realtor from a different company, we made a switch and were able to get under contract very quickly. Dexter has been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Being first time home buyers, the process is not simple but we were able to lean on Dexter for advice! Highly recommend!

We have been working with Toby Willits since Sept 2020 to purchase a home in Prescott Valley. We are currently in Houston so everything happened remotely for us and Toby was GREAT to work with. He kept us in the loop as to what was going on in the market, preformed zoom tours of houses and supplied photos and videos of the surrounding areas. We felt fully supported by the entire team when we actually won an offer and all the apps and tools allowed us to monitor all the goings on. We were even able to utilize an online notary for signing closing documents, which is especially helpful given the weather crisis here in Texas last week. We highly recommend working with this group and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again in the future.

My husband and I were eager to sell our home and were quite impatience with regard to the process. Kyle was so patient and responsive to our texts, calls and emails and Alyssa was equally as accommodating. My in-laws are selling their house and we had such a great experience with BTG that we asked them to provide a referral in Colorado Springs for my in-laws.
